MEET THE TEAM
We are looking for a working student (w/m/d) to join our global HR Business Partner Team for the Board Area Technology & Innovation (T&I). In this role you will create impact by supporting the T&I HRBP Team on key people and organization related topics on a global level. We are looking for a team player who is empowered to bring in innovative ideas and works in the spirit of our cultural principles Honest. Bold. Together.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Responsibilities:
As working student (w/m/d) you will work closely with the HRBP Project Management Office and the HR Business Partner colleagues in the team. You will be supporting program coordination and project planning, status updates and keeping track of deliverables.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Contribute to the team success by aligning the team around the key deliverables
- Provide transparency into people KPIs with the right set of data and drive appropriate actions
- Support T&I-wide focus areas and projects contributing to our people strategy together with other team members
- Share your ideas, be innovative and contribute to the open-minded and collaborative culture of the T&I HRBP Team
Availability should be 2 days per week (in our office in Walldorf), ideally Tuesday and Wednesday.
