Responsibilities:
- Analyse the cultural differences in our HXM MEE customer base to target and optimize the service portfolio:
- define the scope of the service portfolio to be analysed (HXM focus)
- identify representative customers in every region
- establish a structured interview guide
- interview at least 30-40 customers on service consumption
- Analyse the feedback and interview results
- Derive recommendations and establish improvement plan
- Present the results within the HXM Global Leadership meeting
