As a working student on our team, you will be working with user assistance developers and user experience designers to provide end-users with a high quality product documentation and user experience.

Your tasks may include:

• Creating, updating and reviewing product documentation to support our team of technical writers
• Learning how to use the DITA CMS tool for content creation
• Understanding the software development and documentation publishing process
• Learning how to use analytics tools for usage tracking and improving the quality of documentation
• Creating and updating team internal documentation
• Working in an international, cross-functional team with technical writers, u ser experience (UX) designers and translators, developers and product managers
