WHAT YOU BRING
You are a student (f/m/d) in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, humanities, social sciences, psychology or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on human resources. Here are the qualities we’re looking for:

- Hands-on mentality and reliability as a team player. You take charge and keep trying, even when things get tough.
- Good presentation, communication, and networking skills
- Creativity and passion for innovation
- Fluency in English and German – both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
As a working student (f/m/d) in the Talent Attraction organization, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey: from creating a job opening, to contract creation in a global company. This isn’t a run-of-the-mill job—it’s a chance to have a hand in shaping the future. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including:
- Identifying suitable candidates on social media and reaching out to them.
- Reviewing incoming applications and conducting initial pre-selection interviews.
- Assisting with the application process by organizing selection days.
- Proposing your ideas on how to attract the best talents.
- Contributing in preparation and implementation of events and workshops.
- Handling administrative tasks with the nitty-gritty of recruiting - things like managing job advertisements and handling travel expenses of the applicants.
