- Administrative tasks: e.g. contract creation
- Organization of events and internal workshops
- Cross-organizational communication with fellow teams
- First-Level community support & management
- Communication with SAP UA customers (professors and students)
- Reporting of events and customers in SAP Customer Relationship Management and SAP Cloud for Custome
