After an initial on-the-job training, you will support our international team of technical writers and user experience (UX) designers in
- Writing, revising, and testing software documentation and tutorials
- Creating different types of media content, like graphics and videos
- Collecting and implementing feedback to improve our content
- Running user research
- Contributing to exciting initiatives like GenAI to help us shape the future of user assistance at SAP
- Working in a team with technical writers, UX designers, developers, and product manager
