ABOUT THE TEAM

We are a team of UX Researchers, Designers and Design Thinking Coaches who believe that User Experience Design is key to the success of (software) products & services.
As a UX team in SAPs Digital Customer Experience organization, our mission is to continuously improve the user experience of SAP’s customer-facing applications & websites (e.g. SAP for Me, SAP Community or SAP.com). We team-up with Customer Journey Managers and Product Owners to create experiences that are easy, effective and joyful to use.
We’re looking for a passionate working student to join our team and contribute to our UX research & measurement activities. You will work closely with our experienced UX professionals along the user-centered design process: conducting and analyzing UX measurement surveys, gathering the user’s needs through interviews and Usability Tests.

THE ROLE

• Together with experienced UX Researchers of our team, you support the User Experience measurement of our applications & web platforms, e.g. with designing, analyzing and synthesizing the survey results to inform design decisions
• You support user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights & identify user needs
• You communicate and present research insights to product owners and journey managers

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Student (f/m/d) in Cognitive Science, Interaction Design / Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology / Social Anthropology, Communication Design, Product Design or related fields
• Passionate about user experience and a desire to learn and grow in the UX field
• Basic knowledge of user research methods & tools
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX methods is an advantage
• MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills both in English and German
• Team player, enthusiastic & open-minded, customer-oriented, self-driven & reliable, eager to learn
• Bonus points: knowledge of statistic tools an advantage, interest in ML-based text analysis
