Description:

Nuventura has developed a new generation of electrical switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, which it now industrializes for scaling globally. While the company continues to develop new products with its R&D department, it is now ramping up its production capability to meet growing demand for its already developed products.
While Nuventura’s business model builds on licensing its technology to manufacturers around the globe, the company also supplies core components of the technology to such manufacturers. Additionally, Nuventura also manufactures full products for its home markets.
Are you interested in gaining valuable experience in the field of recruiting while pursuing your studies? We are looking for a proactive and motivated working student to join our dynamic HR team as a Working Student in Recruiting. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us to find and attract top talent to support our company’s growth.

Tasks

  • Candidate Sourcing: You will utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and university networks, to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Screening and Interviewing: You will assist in the initial screening of resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Candidate Communication: You will be the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on the status of their applications and addressing their queries
  • Database Management: You will maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment processes
  • Job Postings: You will create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are well-written and appealing to potential candidates
  • Market Research: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to help implement innovative strategies
  • Data Analysis: You will assist in generating recruitment metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar)
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication in German and English
  • You are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • You are with online sourcing and social media platforms is a plus
  • You have an interest in HR and talent acquisition
