INTRODUCTION:
quantilope is looking for an Accounting & Finance Working Student to join our Finance Team. The Accounting & Finance Working Student will support the team with recording and reconciling financial data in our ERP system. In this role, you will be exposed to financial transactions, reports, monthly and quarterly closings.

Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices, adhering to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Payment Management: Assist with the preparation and execution of payment runs and bank transfers, ensuring timely vendor payments.
- Financial Reporting: Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, gaining exposure to the reporting cycle and financial analysis.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile various accounts, investigate discrepancies, and propose solutions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- System Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of our ERP system (Netsuite), enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.
