• Planning and Designing UAT Tests / Executing Test Cases / Documenting Results / Collaborating on Fixes for SeaCare/SeaEvent
• Trend and Descriptive Analytics and coordinate Predictive Analysis
• Developing Dashboards and Reports with Excel and PowerBI
• Jira ticketing and Feedback Loop Management, (collecting and implementing feedback from end users’ post-deployment, to guide future updates or enhancements) training on solution and features
• Monitoring and support of existing Health IT integrations and ISM injuries operationsSupport of Health IT and ISM Injuries projects and troubleshooting
