Responsibilities:
- Planning and Designing UAT Tests / Executing Test Cases / Documenting Results / Collaborating on Fixes for SeaCare/SeaEvent
- Trend and Descriptive Analytics and coordinate Predictive Analysis
- Developing Dashboards and Reports with Excel and PowerBI
- Jira ticketing and Feedback Loop Management, (collecting and implementing feedback from end users’ post-deployment, to guide future updates or enhancements) training on solution and features
- Monitoring and support of existing Health IT integrations and ISM injuries operationsSupport of Health IT and ISM Injuries projects and troubleshooting
