Are you studying full-time, e.g., in the nutritional sciences, the field of healthcare, or do you like to work with English-language literature from the scientific-medical field as part of your studies? Then join our Regulatory Writing Team from October 2024 and gain your first practical experience in an international healthcare company! Here you will gain insights into the preparation of clinical submission dossiers and the associated evaluation of clinical studies, published study results, as well as treatment guidelines for parenteral nutrition products. Furthermore, you will learn the professional handling of literature and citations. This includes, for example, the creation of citation lists, but also the content and formal quality control of clinical submission dossiers. During your work, you will be trained in the use of reference management software and in PDF editing at expert level. You will also be supported by an experienced team of experts and trained in regulatory workflow processes. In this way, you can get a taste of practical experience, make contacts, explore possible career paths - and fill your study fund at the same time.
Your challenge in detail

• You check and order licences and copyrights (e.g., medical literature, international treatment guidelines)
• The maintenance and administration of the literature pool is also part of your diverse tasks
• You take over the formatting and editing of PDF documents with Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Even more: you support the quality control of clinical documents for regulatory purposes and the compilation of submission dossiers on our online platform

Your competence is in demand

• Currently studying full-time in the field of Nutritional Sciences, Public Health, or other degree programmes
• Very good written and spoken English, German language skills is an advantage
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of Citavi or EndNote, and Adobe Acrobat is an advantage
• Structured and careful way of working
• Independent and responsible work
