Description:

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

EIT RawMaterials GmbH is at the forefront of Europe’s raw materials sector, playing a pivotal role in the transition to green energy and achieving the EU’s 2050 climate-neutrality goal. The demand for minerals and metals is soaring, driven by the shift away from fossil fuels to renewable, clean energy sources. This increased demand, alongside supply risks highlighted by recent global events, underscores the strategic importance of raw materials for Europe’s future.
EIT RawMaterials, in collaboration with over 300 partners, fosters innovation and education to secure Europe’s raw materials supply. From responsible mining to recycling, we support the entire value chain with cutting-edge solutions. We also nurture the next generation of innovators, promoting STEM education and addressing gender imbalances in the sector.
Join us in our mission to power innovation and sustainability across Europe and beyond.
