As part of our Brand & Media Management Team consisting of 8 colleagues, you will extensively collaborate with one of our Senior Media Manager. In this role you will support the planning and execution of our Brand Media Activations, such as TV commercials, Out of Home Advertising, Print, Podcast etc. You support our Media Manager within their daily business in activities such as media planning, media buy, reporting & trend research. You create impactful and exciting presentations to visualize data & the performance of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- You regularly create and maintain reportings that are used for internal as well as external presentations, using different analytic platforms like TVSquared or Tableau
- You collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders e.g. different flaconi teams, external agencies and partners as well as marketers
- You collaborate with the Media Manager by preparing and following up briefings and executing media buying across multiple channels, ensuring optimal placement and budget allocation for maximum impact.
- You stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and upcoming media platforms for strategic decision making and campaign development.
- Furthermore, you support the month-end closing and keep cost overviews up to date.
- You continuously and autonomously support us in improving our processes
