YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university with at least 1 more year of studies remaining
- Availability to work part-time, approximately 16-20 hours per week
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English
- Some experience in office administration, event management, or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Tech-savvy with the ability to provide basic IT support for equipment
- Basis proficiency in manual skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- You help with booking travel, accommodations, and transportation for employees
- You procure necessary equipment such as laptops and monitors, and other workplace essentials, to support employee needs and office operations.
- You manage small projects focused on optimizing workplace functionality and enhancing employee experience.
- You provide basic IT support for our equipment.
- You collaborate with our HR department to organize and execute internal team events.
- You assist the finance department with preparatory accounting tasks, including managing private expenses and facilitating business trip management.
