Description:
Responsibilities:
- With approximately 20 hours per week, you can contribute in an exciting and varied working student job in the area of People and Culture, International.
- Get involved in our ongoing international digitalization of our People and Culture function and become part of a cross-functional and international project team.
- Make a difference by supporting our team with your strengths in problem solving, analytical and statistical thinking as well as storytelling and also by taking independent responsibility for individual People Analytics use cases.
- Your contribution will include case studies for data analysis, support in the preparation of reporting dashboards and cockpits with the overall goal of the improvement of the data driven mindset in the area of People and Culture.
- We are looking forward to your engagement for at least 6 months with the option of a subsequent focus in the context of a master thesis.
