Allow us to introduce ourselves
Hello there! We’re Appinio, the fastest (and coolest) market research platform. On a mission to make the world a little more fact-based, we help companies understand how consumers think and make better data-driven decisions.
We started out in Hamburg back in 2014 but we’re now humbled to call the world our playground, with over 200 employees spread across 25 cities (we’re remote-first), 2000+ international clients and a panel reach of 7 million, globally.
Want to be a part of the Appinio movement?
Your mission as a Working Student Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to support our HR team in finding top talent for Appinio. The Appinio team is our very core success factor and our biggest USP. • Actively search for top-notch candidates via LinkedIn and find new and creative ways to discover talent for Appinio
  • Participate in interviewing Working Students until you are ready to fully take responsibility for Internship and Student positions
  • Be a key contact person for candidates and represent our unique company culture
  • Establish and handle cooperation with universities
  • Take on your own projects to make our recruiting process even more efficient

You will thrive in this role if

  • You are enrolled as a student in the field of Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or similar fields - ideally with a focus on HR
  • You have initial work experience in Recruiting and Active Sourcing
  • You are passionate about finding strong candidates on LinkedIn and drafting convincing outreach messages
  • You enjoy participating in the entire recruitment process and ensuring the ideal candidate journey
  • You have strong communication skills, and a high level of empathy
  • You are pragmatic and have a proactive mindset
  • You are structured, good at setting priorities, and 100% reliable
  • You are fluent in English
  • German skills is a plus

What’s in it for you?

  • All the hardware you need and your own MacBook
  • Udemy L&D Platform - full access to 22,000+ courses and certifications to deepen your knowledge as your career progresses

This post not only outlines our ideal candidate but also serves as an inspiration for what this role can evolve into. Even if you consider yourself an 80% fit but have a genuine passion for this position, we encourage you to apply. We’re eager to hear from individuals who share our enthusiasm.
