We are looking for support in our Customer Onboarding Team! Would you like to apply your knowledge from your studies and at the same time gain valuable experience in an exciting SaaS ScaleUp company? With us, you will ensure that our customers receive a smooth onboarding to our products and can successfully use our software solution. You will be in close contact with our Team Lead Customer Onboarding Carina and support our team with daily tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • You support new customers with the technical onboarding of our products.
  • You prepare the customer onboarding file based on the data that is sent to us from the customers.
  • You take care of customer migrations - you download the customer data from the onboarding file, carefully review it and upload it into our software (Avrios).
  • You help improve our workflows and processes regarding the customer’s onboarding.
