About this role
As a working student, you will be part of the HR department. The Employment Law department works directly with the Business Partners and the executives. The position offers detailed insights into the organizational structure and operational processes of Nexperia GmbH, an international company.
What you will do
- The Employment law department is responsible for handling all labor law for Nexperia Germany GmbH and deals with issues both individually and collective.
- The personnel management and the specialist departments are advised on all questions of labor, works constitution, social and tariff law as well as on all fundamental questions of personnel policy.
- Tasks include detailed research and the preparation of target group-oriented reports on current labor and works council constitutional law issues, the drafting of briefs and presentations, and advising the individual departments..
What you will need
- Enrolled student in law with a focus on employment law
- Above average first state exam with a focus on labor law
- First practical experience in labor law is an advantage
- Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new subjects and information
- Fluent in German and English
- Good verbal and written skills
- Team spirit and strong commitment
