Job Description

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a proven Workplace Concierge to join the team and oversee front of house operations in our Melbourne office.
What will a day in this role look like
+ Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for client and internal meetings, maintaining composure during technical issues. 
+ Supporting the organization and running of business events 
+ Coordinate office facilities and contractors to ensure a clean, inviting, and compliant workspace.
+ Collaborate effectively within a team, learning innovative technologies, solving problems efficiently, and adapting to changing conditions while maintaining a professional appearance.
+ Manage access passes for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth visits. 
+ Handle maintenance and supply contracts, maintaining a customer-first approach. 
_Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work full time in our Melbourne office from 8:30am to 5pm. _
Qualifications
+ Ideally with 5+ years concierge experience in related roles, providing outstanding customer service, known to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and work well as part of a close-knit team. 
+ Friendly and outgoing personality and be someone that enjoys helping others and is known to go the extra mile to help. 
+ Enthusiastic about embracing audio visual technology (Teams) and becoming the go-to person for any assistance. 
+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications, and strong attention to detail.
