What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using existing business intelligence and reporting applications.
  • Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
  • Leverage client’s global programming tool, ensuring timely updates to targets, standards and ratios.
  • Prepare capacity target recommendations for new projects and contribute to space optimization initiatives.
  • Generate occupancy scenarios using capacity targets, metrics/standards, attendance, and headcount forecast data.
  • Run comparison scenarios and provide program recommendations within the global programming tool.
  • Manage and update the Tier Programming model to align with business needs.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform modifications to existing targets and ratios.
  • Review research study results and apply findings to enhance future programming ratios and standards.
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources.
  • Exhibit rigor, judgment, and ability to present a detailed ‘data story’ to a business line.
  • Confirm the quality and integrity of existing data sources.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.

• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience with global programming and space optimization projects is preferred.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
