Job Description
Use your passion for learning and educating and apply it in a Residential Aged Care setting.
Working on site you will be delivering educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance to both new employees and new starters.
This is a 12 months fixed term contract role (5 days a week) and is based at Holy Spirit Aged care in Casula

QUALIFICATIONS

What you need to be considered for the role

  • Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or something similar – essential
  • Experience in delivering education & training programs using adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
  • Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
  • IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease
  • Able to work independently and part of a multi disciplinary team
  • COVID vaccinated
  • NDIS check or willing to obtain
