Our client is a non-profit organization and currently, they are on a lookout for a Workplace Experience, Senior Executive/Executive to join their team. This is a new role due to expansion of the team. This sits with the transformation office department and will be working closely with the HR team.

Employee Experience
- Design employee experience frameworks
- Review policies and practices, assess their impact on the employee experience and develop interventions where required
- Create programmes and approaches that positively impact the employee experience from the start of the employment journey
- Design ways to improve the organization culture and build a culture of trust
Employee Engagement and Communication
- Create ways to measure and assess employee engagement
- Create tools and approaches to enhance employee engagement
- Hold meetings with employees and managers to understand team dynamics and needs
- Develop communication materials and design communication appraoches to give employees a voice in the organization
Employer Branding
- Design ways to strength and promote the Organization employer branding
Analysis and Measurement of Impact
- Analyse and present survey and data results to management team
- Monitor and measure the impact and outcome of programmes
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology or a related/equivalent field
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and influencing skills to drive change, build relationships and gain buy-in from stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective interventions
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee experience design principles and employee engagement strategies
- Committed and can-do attitude
