LENUS IS LOOKING FOR A WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE MANAGER FOR OUR COPENHAGEN OFFICE.
As a Workplace Experience Manager, you are the heartbeat of our workplace, embodying a blend of organizational mindset, creative flair, and operational excellence
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally held the role of workplace/office assistant, administrator or manager before.
- Has worked in a fast-paced environment, where things can move quickly and also very routine day-to-day tasks.
- Has experience with managing bigger budgets, and being mindful about spending.
- Strong track record of successful event planning and project management.
- Fluent in English - Danish is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Problem-Solving and Proactive Fixing: Be the go-to person for various office & event-related issues and take initiative in resolving issues and finding innovative solutions.
- Being the Cultural Ambassador: Foster a productive and enjoyable work environment aligned with our company values and infuse the workplace with positivity and energy.
- Managing Inventory and Supplies: Maintain stock levels of office essentials and coordinate orders for supplies, snacks, beverages, furniture, and decorations to ensure a well-equipped workspace daily.
- Being in charge of Procurement Management: Oversee supplier relationships, safety regulations and facility operations.
- Coordinating Events: Plan and execute company events, both big event and office gigs, to encourage collaboration and engagement.
- Overseeing Financial Processes: Manage budgets effectively to optimize expenses and resources.
