Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a dynamic role for an experienced workplace investigator which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of assignments in our Forensic & Investigation Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
  • Preparing project reports and related outputs to Director or Partner level for final stage review.
  • Contributing to other programmes of work such as training, recruitment and other HR projects.
  • Supporting business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches.
  • Coaching and supporting more junior members of the team.
  • Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including forecasting, raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management.
