Looking for a Workplace Operations Mobilisation Project Manager / PMO role? Contract Outside IR35 in London with a hybrid setup, offering £500-550 per day.
You’ll be joining a corporate real estate company, dedicated to a global client. Your Role? Ensuring smooth workplace transitions, like relocations and operational upgrades. As the Mobilisation Lead, you’ll work closely with 6 site leads and keep the client informed while ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will need a project management mindset, with a workplace operations background.
Your responsibilities include introducing new workplace management strategies, ensuring timely execution, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, allocating resources, and facilitating change management. Leadership, project management skills, and operational expertise are key.
You’ll handle operational planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, resource allocation, setting deadlines, change management, performance monitoring, and delivering excellent service. Additionally, you’ll need to understand the client’s business, maintain client relationships, ensure safety compliance, manage suppliers, support operational initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
Experience you need? You’ll need proven experience in workplace management, strong project management/ PMO skills, problem-solving abilities, operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Projects.
The contract runs for 12 months, outside IR35, with a pay rate of around £500-550 per day
