Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Value Lead for Team Advice, Employment and Workplace relations, you will lead a small team of Advisors, shaping and mentoring their journey, while leading engagement and strategic direction for all of our Union Relations. Working closely with other stakeholders in the business, you will work through proposals and their impacts, recommending the best course of action for all parties. This is a senior role that will have a massive impact on a significant number of people. If you’re looking for a position to stretch, develop and fulfil you, here it is!
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with WWNZ Directors and the wider ANZ leadership team to develop IR/UR strategies and collective bargaining tactics for existing and emerging WWNZ businesses
- Build positive relationships with our Union Partners across the country
- Play a key role in shaping our wider People policies
- Partner with Directors to identify and manage Industrial issues, providing guidance for senior leadership
- Partner with the People Tribes on the implementation of and interpretation of agreements
Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to a small team of AdvisorsAct as an SME for all things IR/UR, including our collective agreements
