Responsibilities:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Employee Relations or Human Resources.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in workplace relations ideally gained within the financial sector, professional services or corporate environments.
- Knowledge of employment law and workplace relations best practice, knowledge of relevant workplace relations legislation, regulations, policies and procedures. Experience at conducting workplace investigations.Financial Services company experience desirable.
To be successful in the role you are an exceptional relationship builder with the ability to influence business leaders. You already have an outstanding track record and understand connections between business strategy, people and risk levers. You are pragmatic and commercially focused. You have an ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects but also exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
