QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in workplace assessments, mediation, or conflict resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain neutral and objective in resolving conflicts
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and best practices
- Certification in mediation or conflict resolution
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify areas of conflict and tension
- Facilitate mediation sessions between employees or teams to resolve disputes
- Develop and implement conflict management strategies and policies
- Provide coaching and support to leadership and employees on conflict resolution techniques
- Monitor and follow up on conflict resolution outcomes to ensure effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR and EDI teams to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture
