Works Schedular - Data Entry Clerk
AHG is a Plumbing and Building Maintenance company that has a focus on providing comprehensive repairs and maintenance services to Defence Contractors, Northern Territory Government Departments and some of Darwin’s large businesses whilst maintaining its obligation to servicing Darwin’s domestic and commercial responsive demands with plumbing and general maintenance repairs.
The role of this position is to provide a high volume of data entry and triage of work orders received including planning and scheduling of these works whilst overseeing the full workflow to invoicing stage. This includes resourcing and closing of jobs to meet key performance indicators.
This role requires a person that enjoys a very dynamic and high-volume environment that involves daily targets and meeting of overall key performance indicator objectives.
The role is simple; provide a high level of data entry with attention to detail, be organized and adapt easily to different work environments.

The role of will include but not limited to:

  • High level of data entry with attention to detail

  • Ability to process high volume of work orders.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent phone manner

Required Experience

  • Frontline experience including dealing with challenging situations.
  • Invoicing small works including managing subcontractor invoices
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Booking in subcontractors to jobs in line with technician bookings
  • Ability to learn job management systems such as ServiceM8
