Responsibilities:
Our previous Workshop Foreman has been promoted, creating this rare, exciting opportunity!
We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Workshop Foreman with excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
This role will report to the Regional Branch Manager and will oversee and coordinate all service-related activities within the dealership workshop, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and repair work.
- Work together with the Regional Branch Manager to ensure any service work is executed efficiently, effectively, and promptly (getting it right the first time), and meeting customer expectations
- Provides on-site and remote technical guidance to the service team as required while proactively training and mentoring the team to reduce rework and uphold workmanship standards
- Proactively mentor apprentices, ensuring compliance with company policies and to support progress in their training agreements
- To continually nurture a positive team culture, promoting happiness and job satisfaction.
- Consistently and actively promote, and always abides by the company Health and Safety policy
