We are assisting our client, based on the central Gold Coast, with thier search for a new Workshop Supervisor.
The business manufacture, service & maintain a variety of equipment. They are well established and successful family business.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role.

You will have:

• A proven track record supervising a workshop
• Excellent management / leadership skills
• Good time management & organizational skills
• High level of communication skills
• Good computer skills

The role is full time permanent, with excellent career growth opportunities. You will work Monday to Friday with no weekends.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Managing the efficiency of the workshop
• Ensuring work orders are scheduled in line with the demands on the team
• Manage up to 8 people in the team.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop
• Meeting KPI’s in line with manufacturing and service deadlines
• Ensuring the system is kept up to date, completing administration tasks
• Manage service / maintenance of equipment & issues
• Invoicing and reporting
• Management with regards to the movement of equipment / product distribution
