Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Workshop Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, leading a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff. The Automotive Workshop Supervisor will ensure that all repair and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the automotive industry, preferably in continental cars.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computerized diagnostic equipment and software.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff for daily operations
- Organize work schedules, allocate tasks based on skill levels and workload
- Provide technical assistance for complex diagnostic and repair tasks
- Stay updated with latest technological advancements in continental car industry
- Monitor and ensure quality of work, maintaining high repair and service standards
- Oversee workshop activities including servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections, suggest process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and diagnostics
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
