Responsibilities:
- Adjust, maintain, and position bicycles.
- Servicing bicycles: aligning the wheels, adjusting the derailleur gears, changing the chain, adjusting the brakes, installing racks and mudguards.
- Sharpening ice skates and waxing skis in winter.
- Operating the custom printing machine on textiles.
- Invoicing customers according to the service provided.
- Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customer’s needs.
- Providing support to teammates in other departments and store events.
- Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis.
- Ensuring a clean and efficient workshop, and managing product reception.
- Promoting the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member.
