Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechatronic or mechanical engineering graduate or studies in related field.
  • Conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate in person and in reports/via email.
  • Proficiency with CAD programs (SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Knowledge Measuring Instruments.
  • Ability to Interpret tool drawings, part drawings, and manufacturing process instructions.
  • Availability to travel and visa required.
  • Preferred knowledge in machining processes.

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks.
  • Performs moderately complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
  • Create tool designs utilizing 3D CAD modeling techniques while following standard design practices.
  • Troubleshoot problems with existing tooling and provide potential solutions for manufacturing team.
  • Analyzes workflow, routing, work instructions, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
