The Company
Join one of Australia’s leading Medical Insurance company, as a Warm Sales / Customer Service Consultant to help manage acquisition and retention of new business. Working in CBD HQ within a supportive and social team of customer centric professionals, this is a crucial role within the business and could lead onto longer term opportunity.
The Role
- Responsible for following up enquires from the website, leads from internal teams and closing out sales prospects with Medical Professionals
- Execute the sales processing end to end (from enquires, process of application, offers, payment and issue of policy) as well as providing up/cross selling.
- Be actively engaged with potential new members to provide them with accurate and timely information on products/services
- Have availability to work with a rotating roster between the hours 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and be 5 days in office (Monday-Friday)
- Update and maintain CRM systems where necessary
Your Skills and Expertise
- Solid outbound Customer service or Sales experience within Call centre environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated and strive for excellence and driven by the consultative sales approach
- Energised to thrive in a fast paced, fun and supportive team environment whilst working in office and remotely
- Strong with your administrative competencies with high computer literacy in Microsoft suite
