Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Representative (Xerox) at TD SYNNEX, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, and supporting partner enablement activities. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Xerox products and programs, contributing to the growth and success of our sales organization. This role emphasizes fostering diverse partnerships through proactive outreach, lead management, deal closure, and nurturing relationships beyond initial contacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns with empathy and inclusivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for consultations and support.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and inclusivity.
  • Support partner enablement through comprehensive training as an SME and providing insights on product knowledge.
  • Manage and optimize the vendor pipeline, qualifying leads, and guiding opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
  • Develop expertise in vendor products, programs, and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the sales team.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for impactful results.
  • Use creative problem-solving and technical knowledge to facilitate hardware, software, and service requests effectively.
  • Participate actively in customer account planning and contribute to sales team success.
