Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring for a Sales Support Associate which plays an integral role in the growth and performance of our company. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills with various responsibilities with our customers and within the broader commercial team.
This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is on-site in East Greenbush.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

  • Ensure long term customer relationships by utilizing effective customer service skills.
  • Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Process price quotes, purchase orders, change orders, order confirmations, visual compliance, and coordinate timely deliveries in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Enter new accounts and maintain existing accounts with accurate billing, shipping, contact information, pricing, and credit in ERP and Salesforce
  • Basic Salesforce administration to include user setup, tracking management, report/dashboard creation, and basic Commercial Team support.
