Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Lead Tutor in Adult Employability, Digital Skills and Personal Development to join the Commercial team based at Gloucestershire College.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals working in the Adult Education sector whoare looking for career advancement and to gain experience of curriculum planning and supporting with the management of a team while still being able to teach and engage directly with learners.
The purpose of this role is to deliver a range of high-quality employability and ICT courses toadult learners, to support the development of key skills for work, and help students to strive
in moving towards employment. This role will be split between timetabled delivery hours and development hours used for the planning and preparation of lessons and learning materials,
marking and assessment of learner work but also curriculum development and new course design.
