Responsibilities:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Yarrow Place team as Metro & Country Counselling Program Coordinator, where you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coordinating and supervising the Yarrow Place metro & country social work teams.
- Assuring appropriate recruitment, induction, training and orientation of social work staff.
- Contribute to a team environment that promotes positivity, learning and development, safety and welfare of employees, acknowledges differences and encourages creativity, innovation and honesty
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- An appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated skills in the administration, leadership, management, supervision and delivery of social work services and staff.
- A high level of written and oral communication skills, including proven ability to communicate effectively with people from a range of backgrounds
