The role will be suited to those who have a strong transport background with experience in routing of multi drop deliveries. Experience in leading large teams and understanding of CoR with focus on customer service.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a security clearance.

In this role you will

• Management of team & assets to ensure efficiency of the fleet.
• Daily route planning & managing driver workloads to maximise vehicle utilisation.
• Strong customer service focus with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Drive adherence to DHL Polices & Procedures.
• Completion of reports and any compliance management as required.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years experience managing a local fleet essential.
• Effective communication skills and an ability to modify your approach to fit the stakeholder.
• Demonstrated safety leadership via operational compliance aligned with national safety standards, road transport legislation, dangerous goods regulations & CoR.
• Previous experience in routing with experience in multi drop deliveries.
• Sound knowledge of Brisbane metro, outer metro & regional areas.
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of 3PL operations.
• “Can Do” attitude with the focus on driving efficiency across the fleet.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to drive processes.
