Job description

Responsibilities:

Working alongside partners in Leicestershire Police, the Violence Reduction Network and with our voluntary and community sector partners, you’ll develop and facilitate Youth Joint Actions Groups. You’ll attend main open and closed Joint Action Groups, providing updates and progress reports to the community safety partnership. You’ll help plan and deliver programmes of child/youth/parent participation work which supports the personal and social development of participants as well as improves participation and consultation. You’ll undertake face to face work with children, young people, and parents, advocacy, and children’s rights as well as training on the Lundy Model of Participation to the workforce.
