ABOUT YOU

Our Youth Development Team is looking for a passionate and skilled person to become part of our fantastic team to deliver programs, activities and events for young people. We are looking for someone who will;

• Be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for young people
• Enjoy working in a team, can build strong relationships, and are open to the opinions of others.
• Have a proactive, positive, welcoming and engaging manner when dealing with young people, their guardians and our community.
• Be able to “think outside the box” and be flexible in the delivery of services to meet our community’s and young people’s evolving expectations.
• Have the ability to work outside of office hours; usually afternoons and early evenings
