Description:
Bilby Community Development Ltd. is looking to hire Youth Worker/Counsellor to man our Youth Programmes & Services.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Preferably a degree in social work or counselling
- At least 1 year experience in working with youths
- Registered with MOE as an Instructor

Working Location: East Side (Tampines)
Working Hours: 0730 hrs - 1630 hrs
Date : June - November 2024
Shortlisted applicants will have to undergo an orientation session and training sessions in June 2024
Responsibilities:
- To meaningfully engage and interact with at-risk and/or high needs youths
- To conduct intervention, group work, and/or counselling for youths with behavioural risks
- To identify the underlying issues that the youth may present, and to help work through them with the youth
- To plan and conduct enrichment and skill-based workshops
- To conduct home visits, meeting with stakeholders, make referrals where necessary
- To conduct training sessions for team memebers, at least once a quarter
- To submit reports on programmes on a timely basis
- To undergo necessary training and supervision to improve and develop in their work.
