Youth Worker (Part-Time/Contract Basis) (North)

Bilby Community Development Ltd. is looking to hire Youth Workers to run our Youth Programmes.

The roles and responsibilities include:

• To meaningfully engage and interact with at-risk and/or high needs youths
• To conduct games and activities to promote cohesion, social interaction, values-based and experiential learning
• To plan and conduct enrichment and skill-based workshops
• To provide mentoring, support and guidance, intervention to the youths where necessary
• To submit reports on programmes on a timely basis
• To undergo necessary training and supervision to improve and develop in their work.

Shortlisted applicants will have to undergo an orientation session and training sessions before confirmation of deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:

MOE Registration as an Instructor is required.
