Description:

STORE OPERATIONS

  • To manage HR Indicators (KPIs) performance, ensuring targets are exceeded throughout the store.
  • To monitor and set corrective actions when necessary, for all the following

procedures:

  • Security and Shrinkage
  • Cash desk management
  • Administration management
  • Health and Safety.
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of store’s electronic Devices, as telephones, Ipads, Ipods, bluebirds, etc
  • To oversee the cleaning standards inside the store ensuring they are in line with the company’s guidelines
  • Monitor store’s stationary, post and travel costs in line with Company’s approved budgets.
  • Monitor the uniforms’ allocation for Sales Assistants and Managers according to the company’s policy
  • To overlook replenishment is done in a timely and effective manner through all the departments
  • To make sure the stockroom is organized efficiently in all three departments respecting the company guidelines
  • To overlook that the store is merchandised according to the company’s standards and commercial guidelines taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and image of the brand
  • To drive marketing initiatives and store’s sales performance based on the analysis and actions of the commercial reports and product knowledge, Including the utilization of the internal tools and platforms provided such as SINT and Ipod sales
  • Hours: To manage the budget of hours in the store effectively respecting the shift pattern and work life balance project.
  • Rota: To design the ideal rota to ensure you have the correct covering, taking into consideration the budget of hours provided by the HR Business Partner.
  • Competitors’ awareness: To be aware of the current competitors, conduct competitor’s research, providing relevant feedback to appropriate parties such as product managers, regional commercial managers or store director.
  • To ensure that the department is merchandised according to the company’s standards and commercial guidelines taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and image of the brand

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of the Company, the brand and the store they are applying for.
  • Experience in managing a similar retail operation within a fast paced environment
  • Market, commercial and competitors awareness
  • Team management experience maximizing profitability and drive sales.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of UK Employment Law
