Then come in and join our Singapore team as a Zone ASEAN P58 LDT Lead for Customer Service Finance - Order To Cash (OTC). We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and energetic Finance professional to join the Siemens Healthineers Zone ASEAN Team. The successful incumbent will support the Zone ASEAN P58 (New SAP) Project Team and Service Finance Teams in Countries in effectively implementing P58(New SAP). The role reports directly to the Head of CS Finance Zone ASEAN.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • You have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Customer Service Finance role preferably in Healthcare Industry in ASEAN with exposure to SAP.
  • You have exposure to Complex data consolidation & Balance Sheet clean up in a multinational environment.
  • You have experience supporting change management activities and can drive continuous improvement projects.
  • You have prior experience in similar SAP integration projects within ASEAN.
  • You have successfully completed ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (preferred not mandatory).

YOUR PERSONALITY AND SKILLS:

  • You possess sound technical accounting (IFRS) knowledge to interpret and apply guidance in the context of the business scenario.
  • You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly and explain to others.
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Other languages would be a bonus.
  • You can communicate professionally in a variety of scenarios to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You can explain financial concepts to non-financial managers.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities:

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will create and maintain detailed project plans for the area of responsibility – Customer Service Finance - OTC
  • You will guarantee execution of deliverables on time with agreed quality.
  • You will identify a contact person in each country for the respective functional area.
  • You will become an expert of the current processes in scope in Countries.
  • You will provide guidance to the countries and transfer know-how about the new templates to be used in data preparation and migration.
  • You will represent the needs of the countries during Deployment phases.
  • You will perform/facilitate/lead the data cleansing exercise in Countries.
  • You will verify and follow-up on data quality for migration.
  • You will support as data and process expert during the cutover hyper care phase.
  • You will be supporting the key users in the countries in scope.
  • You will be organizing change impact identification throughout the roll out deployment phases.
  • You will attend knowledge transfer sessions conducted by Central Team Members & external Consultants.
  • You will support with testing of the local design during user acceptance testing.
  • You will support work Instructions/packages if required.

TASKS RELATING TO ORDER TO CASH INCLUDING REVENUE RECOGNITION

  • You will plan, organize, and execute data preparation activities.
  • You play an active part in collecting OTC requirements during the scoping phase.
  • You will prepare Local migration concept (country business specific cases)
  • You will provide country support and guidance for all activities.
  • You will be responsible for mapping activities (legacy vs target)
  • You will be responsible for Pre/Post- load validation during ITC and support countries in User Acceptance Tests.
  • You will check loaded data to the target system.
  • You will provide support with RAR contract review.
  • You will support Fin. reconciliation.
  • You will collect change impacts and support countries.
  • You will compare CA/CL values (legacy vs target)
  • You will explain approach for financial reconciliation.
  • You will establish understanding and expertise for the RAR tool.
  • You will support countries in understanding and commenting on deviations, and presentation for official Fin Recon Meetings
  • You will review and drive Fin Recon plans (ITC, UAT, PCUT)
