Description:

BASIC £35000 TO £40000 PLUS A PROFIT SHARE BONUS AND FLEXIBLE HOURS.

Our client is an award winning consultancy firm within Energy and Sustainability for the construction industry. One of the specialist services they deliver is overheating assessments.
Due to their continued growth which has seen their company double in the last few years they are looking to recruit self-motivated overheating assessors to produce assessments and reports to their client base, working closely with other teams across the business.
This is a home-based role and no site visits are required. You are welcome to go to the office if you wish but this is completely your choice. You must reside in the UK.
You will need to have worked on producing Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments. Our client operates flexible working to ensure you have a great work life balance. For those who wish to work standard hours they work 9am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 4pm on a Friday.
The comapany like to encourage team days twice a year which this helps bring the team together in a relaxed environment to build working relationships when the team is working across the UK.
