The Office Manager is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and logistical support in a dynamic role within Kobo Taiwan. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will support the overall function of the Taiwan Office, as well as provide support to the country manager. You will support the implementation and coordination of office policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety for the office. You will assist with coordinating intra-office communication protocols and support the streamlining of the administrative procedures assigned by the Facilities Manager. To succeed, the ideal candidate will need to be an organized, energetic professional who can wear multiple hats and work independently with minimal direction.
