WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous all-rounder who enjoys strengthening our Supply Chain team. You are direct, can set priorities, and enjoy working collaboratively. Furthermore, you possess:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of work and thinking;
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within Supply Chain;
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written (Dutch and other languages, especially Asian languages, are a plus);
  • Experience with an ERP system (preferably Exact) and MS Office;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
  • An initiative-taking attitude and team spirit.
Responsibilities

As a Purchase Support employee, you will be part of our Supply Chain team and will be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Collaborating with buyers in executing the purchasing process;
  • Checking packing slips and reconciling discrepancies with buyers, the warehouse, and suppliers;
  • Verifying invoices and administratively processing received goods;
  • Acting as a backup for the inbound goods planner;
  • Assisting in the creation and management of articles;
  • Providing support to the Manager Supply Chain and Purchase Manager.
