Work Location: Onsite – Johor Bahru (OR) Penang. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Operations Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, interface failures, and data discrepancies. Work with Oracle Support and AMS partners for issue investigation and closure. Monitor and troubleshoot ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and integration loads. Integrations & Development Design, develop, and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher bursting, and SFTP.
